Directions

  1. Drizzle some olive oil in a large pot of boiling salted water; add capellini, and cook until firm when bitten (Al Dente). Drain quickly

  2. Lleaving a little of the water. Quickly toss capellini with melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the pasta, and top with a large dollop of fresh caviar.

  4. Garnish with extra grated lemon zest.

  • 450g  Capellini

  • 225g  Unsalted Butter, melted

  • 2pc    Lemon, Zest and Juice

  • 5g      Salt

  • 5g      White Pepper (Freshly ground)

  • 150g  Caviar

  • Olive oil
